Our candles are designed to burn for approximately 45-55 hours, depending on the size of the candle and how it’s cared for. To maximise burn time, we recommend trimming the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use

Yes! We’re committed to sustainability. Our candles are made from the highest quality renewable beeswax, blended with coconut and rapeseed wax to enhance the fragrance experience. Additionally, we encourage customers to reuse our beautifully designed recycled glass containers and take advantage of our refill options.
How can I make my candle last longer?
To extend the life of your candle, always burn it until the entire surface is melted before extinguishing it, typically for 2-3 hours. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn. Also, remember to keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.

Absolutely! We offer a flexible subscription service that delivers refills for your favourite scents right to your door. You can choose how often you’d like to receive your refills, and our monthly subscription option is the most cost-effective choice
Can I return or exchange my candle?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unused candles within 7 of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at admin@illuminatecandle.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, you are responsible for paying the postage fees for your returns.
