Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing IL•LUMINATE Candle! We’re committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying from start to finish. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. During busier periods, it may take longer—up to 5 days to dispatch.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

  • Standard Postage and Packaging Fee: £4.50
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Items are sent via Royal Mail or Evri. You will be notified of all your tracking information so you have access to this.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Postage and Packaging Fee: £7
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will be notified of all your tracking information so you have access to this.

Express Shipping

  • Express Postage and Packaging Fee: £8.50
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Items are sent via DPD. You will be notified of all your tracking information so you have access to this.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £65 within the UK.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • If you are thinking of placing an order outside the UK, please get in touch with us directly at admin@illuminatecandle.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at admin@illuminatecandle.com. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@illuminatecandle.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
